What products do you sell in your racing simulator store?
We offer complete sim racing setups including steering wheels, direct-drive wheelbases, pedal sets, shifters, handbrakes, motion platforms, cockpit rigs, monitors, and accessories like mounts, seats, and cables.
Are your racing simulator products compatible with all gaming platforms?
Most of our products work with PC, and many models support PlayStation and Xbox. Compatibility depends on the wheelbase and console model—check each product page for detailed information.
Do you provide warranty on your racing simulator equipment?
Yes. All our products come with a 1–2 year warranty, depending on the manufacturer. It covers manufacturing defects, hardware faults, and performance issues.
Do you offer installation or setup support?
Absolutely! We provide step-by-step setup guides, and our support team can assist you with calibration, software installation, and product configuration.
Can I upgrade individual parts of my racing simulator later?
Yes, all setups are modular, meaning you can upgrade wheelbases, pedals, shifters, and motion systems anytime without replacing the full rig.
My order is now on backorder. What are my options?
Occasionally a product may sell out before your order is finalized. If this happens, our team will notify you right away and provide updated availability details. You can choose to wait for restock, switch to an alternative product, or request a full refund, which will be issued through your original payment method.
When will my order be shipped?
Most in-stock items are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding transit time. Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Is it possible to pick up my order directly from your warehouse?
Currently, warehouse pickups are not available. All orders are shipped through our standard delivery system.
Which locations do you deliver to?
We ship to all U.S. states.
For Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii, please contact us. so we can help arrange shipping.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Orders generally leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
If you have pre-ordered items, the full order will ship once all products are in stock.
If you prefer to receive in-stock items before pre-ordered items, just send us an email, and we can arrange a split shipment.
What warranty comes with Sim Box products?
All Sim Box products come with a minimum 12-month warranty, with certain parts covered up to 5 years. While our products are built to last well beyond the warranty period, any warranty-related issues can be handled by contacting
How do I send an item back for return or replacement?
If you need to return a product, please email us with the details of the issue or your return request. We’ll provide a return form with instructions, which must be included with your package and sent to the address listed on the form.
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
Yes! We want you to enjoy your Trak Racer product. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. All products are brand new and quality tested before shipment.
How long is the warranty on different products?
Most products have a 1-year warranty, but our racing rigs and frames have a 5-year warranty. Always check the product page for specific warranty details for each item.
What if I change my mind after purchasing?
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, it must be unused and returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns outside this period may incur a 10% restocking fee. For repair or replacement, items must be returned within the warranty period.
